The hotel was perfect, I loved soundproof rooms and welcoming staff. Incredible and amazing location near to The Bells.

Luxury, fairly clean place, everything was very good, including location and rooms. It offered fast check-in at 2 am.

This was my really good stay at this hotel. My room included TV with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe.

Overall best stay. Excellent view, a little balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. It was in a very central setting near the town center.

The hotel was minimal and clean inside, I loved it. Huge rooms, comfortable beds. Central location, just a short stroll away from the apartment. It is set in a very convenient area.

Immaculate room, fine beds, well-maintained pool. Handy location with a subway station next to the hotel. The pool was available too.

The property was fairly clean, featured very modern design ; I liked it. The staff was decent, they provided a good service. Also, location was unbeatable, within easy walking distance of a cathedral church. Great restaurant just walking distance from the hotel. Really enjoyable experience there.

I had a really great experience here, everything was great, the location was brilliant short walk to right next to pedestrian area with many restaurants, restaurants and the town center.

The food was good, service was very efficient and the view was truly special. Eclectic style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. Beautiful garden and lovely pool.

This was a stylish hotel with fine staff and service. Room had a fairly clean bathroom that we really enjoyed. A mall and a market were right next door. Found pm club, it's at a short distance from the venue. Reception had snacks.

I loved this hotel, it was simply stunning with premium wi-fi. The buffet breakfast was superb, plenty of options. Room was quiet enough, the pool was nice. The staff was approaching, were ready to help.

I would book again because it was a brilliant stay. Comfy beds, polite staff.

Fab hotel, exceptional service, exceptionally good breakfast. Fairly large suite and very comfy bed. The lobby bar was executive and the drinks were hot.

We greatly enjoyed location and food. The hotel was SUPERIOR. Booked superior king room, that included satellite television, climate control and a private safe. It was nice to get turndown service free of charge too. If you like the pedestrian area, then it would be a fantastic base for you.

Excellent location and good rates. Kumbare is an easy walk to the hotel. Our venue was located next to tourist attractions like vitosha boulevard. In love with sofia hotel balkan...

luxury hotel with appropriate prices as for sofia. there were a wide range of cafes and restaurants to choose from. even the sofia airport was not so far. overall we loved our stay and do recommend.
